I was so excited to get a Mercedes, something I had wanted for years. When you buy a Mercedes, you expect the best service, to be treated amazingly and for everything to be smooth and great. NO that wa wanted for years. When you buy a Mercedes, you expect the best service, to be treated amazingly and for everything to be smooth and great. NO that was UNFORTUNATELY not my experience at all! I am so disappointed in the entire Mercedes of Grapevine company. I purchased my SUV during Covid time and at that time there was a weird license plate shortage, so I knew that I was not going to get mine for awhile, that is what Scott Najjar told me. There were also little things here and there that needed to be fixed; a chip in my windshield, the aux chord they gave me could have been a fire hazard, it was torn at the top with wires showing, etc.. Scott told us MULTIPLE times that he would call us as soon as the license plates came in and we could get everything fixed at one time. So I like a dummy, trusted him. MONTHS passed...I receive an email on November 25, 2020 congratulating me for having my car now for six months. I had not heard one peep about my license plates, even though I had called back in October to get an update and he just kept saying that he would call me and we would get everything taken care of. So, I email him back on December 1, 2020 and tell him that I was completely dissatisfied with the customer service and wanted to know what was going on with my plates etc...no word... After the first of the year, 2021, my plates magically appear at my doorstep mailed to me, no call, no email, no notice. So, after the holidays I try to call again, leave a nasty voice message about the plates and making an appointment to come up and have the things that we had talked about fixed and no response. So, yesterday, March 25, 2021 my husband goes up there, with an appointment and tells them what was going on and what all needed to be fixed. Well, the man tells him that it had been ten months since he had bought the car and that they were not fixing anything. My husband is livid at this point and asks to talk to a manager...certainly at Mercedes, this was going to be taken care of and they would say sorry and it would be no big deal. NO!!! The manager comes out and my husband tells him the story and he says that they would not fix the windshield because apparently it had been filled and they were not going to replace it, well this is the first that we had ever heard of it being filled and he acted like exchanging the aux chord was going to cost him a million dollars! My husband showed him where it was completely torn apart and loose at the plug in and he said, "Well you have had it for ten months." Whaaaat? Did you not hear a word we had been telling you? My husband asked for him to ask Scott to step out that he could verify what had taken place and the manager said that Scott had no memory of it and Scott was not coming out. This is NOT how a dealership should be run! It is run by COWARDS that have NO CUSTOMER service! I will never ever buy a car from here again. More

Since i have received the vehicle, she still keeps up, making sure i am comfortable, asking if i need anything or help with understanding the vehicle. She has set up an appointment with a technician to go over all of the features of the car. Lastly, the car is more than i expected. Thank You so much for everything :). This is the worst purchase of my life, i bought a car last year October and i have called Joe several times regarding my registration but till date nothing has been done. I have a car that i cannot drive because someone sold me a car that doesn't have a title can you imagine that. No one from this office has reached out to me on how to resolve this issue till this moment it like they do not care! Take your money some where else one the manager Sean Hayes even said i am not the only which means they have other customer going through this as well. It is a norm here to take your money and not do the right thing all they care about is their commission. More
