Tim McGrath was great to work with and was able to test drive multiple cars in one morning. He was great to work with in person and over the phone. They sold me a $118,000 car that was a customer buy back. Never told me I had a branded title offered to but it back for $90,000. They rip me off I put $36k cash down on this car. I had a very pleasant experience buying a new A220 from Austin. I had been passively searching for a new vehicle for about a year and the level of customer service and professionalism I had at MB Hoffman E Austin. I had been passively searching for a new vehicle for about a year and the level of customer service and professionalism I had at MB Hoffman Estates was above anything I previously experienced at a dealership. Start to finish I was in the dealership for no more than 2 hours, that included the test drive, trade-in (which I got a good price on), and all the paperwork. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a Mercedes should go here and deal with Austin. More
