Between Mr Bennett and Kevin Schroder(comm. SALES manager) I was offered a great and then a GREATER deal after the two of them met with their manager, Tim. There were NO tactics, hidden fees, or pressures. NONE! The three men knew, I wanted a fair DEAL, AND THEY DELIVERED. I highly, suggest....if you're in the market, for a MB that you give any of these gentlemen a chance. Dealers say, all the time, "we want your business." Ilona V. - Friendly, Patience and Empathetic Oh wow! Went into MB of Hoffman Estates looking for a very specific Mercedes Benz model and was being helped by this wonderful salesperson Ilona V. Oh wow! Went into MB of Hoffman Estates looking for a very specific Mercedes Benz model and was being helped by this wonderful salesperson Ilona V. (can’t remember the last name). I can tell you that this tenacious young lady spent hours and tons of sweat equity trying to hunt down the exact model (or close to) of vehicle that I was looking for. She walked all over that dealership, was on the computer and made at least five phone calls in that effort. Unfortunately, we could not find what I was looking for that day I must say, in her defense, I am a very picky person. I left that day without making a purchase. But not for the lack of effort on Ilona’s part. I am still in the market for this vehicle and because of the effort and hustle that Ilona displayed, will not purchase from any other dealer.
