Great Help Craig always does a great job answering questions, and helping me with various issues. He also showed me how the car will give me my tire pressure and Craig always does a great job answering questions, and helping me with various issues. He also told me how to help my husband who just got a new battery at Mercedes, and didn't know how to reset his windows. He even took me to see one of the gals in the sales department who explained how my phone connection works. I was having problems. I really appreciate this extra help. That's what makes it 5 star.
