We have never felt like the salesmen did not take us seriously here, like our unfortunate experience at a dealer down the road when we were checking out a comparable SUV to the GLK. This time around at Mercedes we had a different salesmen Rich Goldberg, as the last one was no longer there. If we were to buy a car based on first impressions of a salesmen, then we would have signed that day. He took the time to give us an initial rundown of the features, options, and pluses over the competition. We left with a good feeling and knew we would like him to be our new salesmen going forward. On return, we test drove car, saw a model on the lot we just had to have and after going over pricing details with Rich, decided to sign that night. Not once did we ever feel rushed, not once did we ever feel talked down to, not once did we feel like we were being taken for a ride. He treated us with respect and made our car buying experience completely enjoyable, something I am starting to believe you can only get at the Competition run dealerships. Great deal on a lease! I brought in my 2004 Mercedes E500 sedan for an A/C fan blower motor replacement and was told it would cost $855. While the car was being serviced, my I brought in my 2004 Mercedes E500 sedan for an A/C fan blower motor replacement and was told it would cost $855. While the car was being serviced, my wife and I decided to look at the new models. We were assigned a very pleasant and well mannered salesman who accomodated us very effectively. To make a long story short, he gave us such a good lease deal on a 2014 C300 model plus an excellent trade-in on our 2004 car that we decided to go for it. And as a bonus, he was able to waive the $855 charge for the motor replacement job. We were able to take delivery of the new car the very next day without any hitches. Needless to say, we drove away very satisfied. More
