Everything that was promised was fulfilled. Anthony really goes the extra mile and pays attention to every detail. Tom Aveni, the leasing specialist in there especially was very helpful and nice. He helped us with everything from finding the right car to dealing with the insurance issues I faced with Geico. Most importantly we reached a deal without any drama. I and my wife had a very bad experience with another dealership a few weeks before, so we were very happy to reach a deal with Tom without issues. I highly recommend this place! More
They don't know to respect customers, they know to sell!!! To affix a sticker that says CPO it's easy, but to really deliver on it was not done in this case!!! I bought a Certified Pre Owned 2014 ML350 Blue To affix a sticker that says CPO it's easy, but to really deliver on it was not done in this case!!! I bought a Certified Pre Owned 2014 ML350 Bluetec, w/low miles, and paid about $10,000 above the market rate for the CPO. So I thought. They shined the engine on top, really shining!!! Didn't clean it on the bottom, hoping that this customer will be "blinded" by the top shine, and won't look down. I did, it was three years old dirty!!! They replaced front brake pads, new tires, oil change, some AdBlue. Dealership didn't let me see the car on a lift. After I bought the car, I took it for an in depth inspection, since it was very noisy for a 19,300 miles old car. In addition to the noise from inside both rear doors, the rear left door's fixed triangular window rubber was broken, the left rear fixed window is away from the body by about 1 mm (unlike a "new" and CPO Mercedes Benz), and missing plastic fasteners on the left side of the trunk. The unfortunate result on the in depth inspection was: car had a pretty serious accident on the rear left side, three (3) out of the four (4) doors were repainted (not the best, it was very visible to a trained eye of a professional body shop). I brought back the car to show the dealership the flows, which clearly show they didn't really took care of the vehicle, except to shine it, buff it, detail it!! Mr. Paul Baltazar really gave me the run around every time I showed him the flaws. I made an appointment to get the things fixed. Brought the car in, got a loaner. I showed up to pick it up, as I was told by the dealership, but when I got there, I was told they need another day, since the parts didn't arrive for the entire week from the warehouse in NJ. Again I complained to Mr. Baltazar, and again I got "lip service". I brought the car back, just for the day, to install the parts they got. Since my second appointment was about two or three weeks after the first one, they sent the parts back to the warehouse, so a one day became four days. I get the car back, noise in the doors was fixed, the rear most fixed window wasn't fixed, and a comment was written on the work order: NPF. I inquired, and nobody know the meaning of it, but the service adviser; it means No Problem Found. Really?? Why dealerships think customers don's see? Very very disrespectful!! The window, compared to the right side, is away from the body of the car by about 1 mm. I showed the adviser other vehicles in the dealership, I just got a strange look back, no reaction. The warranty: very unclear what I got. Nothing is spelled out, although the sales man, Mr. Mastroiani, told me lots of things are covered. Summary: I am requesting MBUSA direct me to one of your dealerships to fix the vehicle free of charge, clarify and spell out what the warranty covers and what doesn't, and refund me $5,000 for the misrepresentation of selling me a CPO vehicle, just to get a car that needs more repairs, more time wasted in garages. (Not to mention the time spent to bring the car there from Westchester NY to Huntington, NY). Mr. Mastroiani did a great job: he sold me a vehicle he was given to sell. Great job, great salesman!! Shame on me I fell for it!!! Never again a CPO from Mercedes Benz, unless somebody really reads this and convinces me otherwise. I will change my ratings after the above is completed in it's entirety. More

Our dealer, Lenny was pro I just picked up my GLE350 last night and I'm so excited! This is my 3rd car purchased from MBH and they did not disappoint. Our dealer, Lenny was professional and patient and did not suggest or pressure us into anything. He answered every question and made the buying process enjoyable. Spence offered us options, some of which we we took, others not. Again no pressure. This is a top- notch dealership and I highly recommend Lenny as a salesman and Spence as your options guy. More

My husband and I had been searching for a new car for the last few months and had experienced every sales tactic in the book: the slow negotiation, the hard sale, the your husband isn’t with you we won’t even talk to you tactic, the this is the last car we have tactic, the non stop talking tactic, among many others. We were becoming disenchanted and slightly disgusted with the process. Then we met Evan over the phone: he had exactly the car we were looking for and we were able to strike a great deal in less than 15 minutes for more car and less money. He was straight forward about numbers, efficient with our time, and honestly the best car salesman we have met along the way!
