Had a difficult time scheduling an appointment (one dropped call and two call to voicemail with no return call) and, not a big deal, but had to wait a week for valet service. We asked Behar about a ride to the Saint Johns Towne Center while we waited and he offered us a shuttle or to pay for an Uber. Behar called me when the service was completed, and he had the shuttle back to bring us to the dealership very quickly. I was called a told the car was ready. I called an hour ahead to tell them I was on the way. The paperwork was still not ready and I had to wait.
