We made sure to reschedule the service verbally and again called before coming in. No problems this time, and the service was performed as promised and on time. This experience shows that the online scheduling system is unreliable and needs improvement, as well as the notification system in case the scheduled service cannot be performed on the date specified. We all can accept having personnel out with medical or other issues, but we would have preferred to be made aware of it before making the trip to the dealership. (In our case it was an RV, that needed to be taken out of storage. It takes a little more time and effort than simply getting in a car and driving to the dealership.)

Thank you for the response. My initial service advisor Amber did a fine job but was out most days so they assigned me Rob who made no effort to communicate while my vehicle was there for a week for brakes. I also told them about a turn malfunction light that came on and they couldn’t find anything but it has come on many times since I picked up my car Friday. When I did come to pick my car up not a word from Rob so I requested to speak to the Service Manager and he didn’t seem concerned at all about the poor service. When I came to his office he didn’t even recognize me and had an attitude like he was being bothered. Totally unprofessional!!!
