I absolutely hate this dealership and feel their disturbingly negative customer experience will cost them more than just a future relationship with me. This dealership had me sit and test drive the disturbingly negative customer experience will cost them more than just a future relationship with me. This dealership had me sit and test drive the car I wanted and then asked for the DP immediately, which I needed to think about. They went into when I was getting paid next and how I could afford it soon. They then threatened the deal would be off the table the next day. The male sales manager came out and pressured me again to buy that day and that I would never get this deal again. I waited a day or two and came back. I got the car after the finance team stayed in the back for close to three hours. When they pulled up the car it was night so I didn’t inspect. The next day I realized the seats were manual???? Also I realize my third year I would be out of warranty. When I called back asking for help, no one answered my calls. I should have never leased this car. Fast forward 3 years - I called the sales manager after making formal complaints to corporate and never received any call backs. This dealership has disgusting views of customer service and will never get my business or anyone I know. I have never felt like I have been so screwed by a dealership. More
We were traveling from Delaware, flat towing our Smart car behind our Sprinter when Smarty’s front tire went flat and ripped apart. Smart Roadside assistance procured a tow to the MB Orange Park dealershi car behind our Sprinter when Smarty’s front tire went flat and ripped apart. Smart Roadside assistance procured a tow to the MB Orange Park dealership which was ready for our arrival. We were taken care of right away. Wade was efficient and professional! We had all our tires replaced and balanced as well a a recall issue taken care of. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The dealership was beautiful and even had a Café that served healthy breakfast or lunch choices gratis! We couldn’t have been more impressed with the exceptional service we received! Thank you to all! It was a worst case problem being in trouble on a dual highway with barely a shoulder, that turned out to be a blessing having Smarty fixed so quickly and efficiently!! We can’t say enough how much we appreciated great service! More

SERVICE ON MY 2019 E400 WAGON AND 2011 E 350 CONVERTIBLE JONATHAN HILL IS AN EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE MGR. I BROUGHT IN TWO CARS AND IT WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE TO DEAL WITH.
