I then declined my reserved loaner car and said I would wait. A little before noon I was then told they had to send for an one of the parts and it would likely be 2:00 before I would get my car back. At 2:40 my car was returned to me over 7 hours of waiting when I could’ve had the loaner car! More

Didn't get all the way home due to break failure. Upon inspection (at another shop) a missing break caliper bolt condition was dicovered at right front break caliper that was not discovered by Mercedes Benz of Orange Park even though tires were removed and rotated. But I am not happy with them over their lack of interest when something goes wrong in the service dept. No one has retured a call yet. More
