We wanted a very specific vehicle, such that we’d planned to start from scratch and have it built. We timed our purchase poorly since our planned order fell between model years and factory order schedules. This was further complicated by the changes in model choices for the upcoming year. Josh searched diligently for the car we wanted from existing dealer inventories, which apparently was unusual due to the combinations we had in mind. In the end we got almost exactly what we’d wanted with just a couple of extra bells and whistles and a modification with factory parts. The vehicle was also limited by dealer allotments as few were produced so management had to negotiate to get that specific vehicle for us. All of this was done with customer satisfaction being the driving force. We’ve been Mercedes customers off and on through the years. Now we are exclusively Mercedes Benz customers. If you too desire quality, support, concierge level no hassle treatment and courtesy, this dealership offers it all. That’s our experience. In a world where peel backs, smoke and mirrors are hidden in every transaction, riding on and in the Mercedes experience is reassuring toward our hope that not all is lost in the car buying world. Brought car in for service, greeted very politely. I arrived with no appointment, but yet greeted by a very polite young gentleman. Andy briefed me on the type service needed and gave me an accurate ti I arrived with no appointment, but yet greeted by a very polite young gentleman. Tire issue I had my car towed to MB Jacksonville. I called after it arrived and was told the tire could be patched since there was a nail in it. Today the serv I had my car towed to MB Jacksonville. I called after it arrived and was told the tire could be patched since there was a nail in it. Today the service tech said it couldn’t be patched because of “lack of tread” and “recommended” two new rear tires even though the car has just over 25,000 miles and I’m turning it in at the end of November. I advised him what was told to me yesterday and eventually he said he would put the car up on the rack to look. I just received a call that it indeed needed to be replaced and again he recommended replacing both rear tires. I told him no I would only replace the compromised one and that was under duress. It is unfathomable that a Mercedes puts tires on that wear so bad within 25K miles they need to be replaced! More
