Excellent Service advisor was friendly,courteous and did everything in his power to make the experience exceptional. Mercedes-Benz parts (brake rotors) were ba Service advisor was friendly,courteous and did everything in his power to make the experience exceptional. Mercedes-Benz parts (brake rotors) were back ordered but parts were available via a well known auto parts retailer. I declined those parts based on their pricing and exploitation practices. Fortunately, back ordered parts were received and my service advisor made special arrangements to pick up my vehicle and accommodate my schedule. More
