Certified Pre-Owned xx!! I purchased a 2004 ML 350 with 34,000 Miles Certified Pre-Owned for $35,557.00 thinking that I was doing a good deal. I was able to buy the same car o I purchased a 2004 ML 350 with 34,000 Miles Certified Pre-Owned for $35,557.00 thinking that I was doing a good deal. I was able to buy the same car on any other dealership for $10.000.00 less , but because it was a certified pre-owned and the warranty I decided to go with a Mercedes dealership. A certified pre-owned car supposed to pass all the inspections to guarantee the buyer that he is purchasing a reliable car. In my case that it didn't happened. On the second week I noticed a noise. I went back to the dealership and they hold my car for a week and replaced the fuel pump. A few weeks later the car didn't started. Same thing again, I went back to the dealership and they say they could not find the problem. 2 months later same thing happened again , the car had the same issue, wouldn't start. I went back to the dealership , left the car there for a week and talked with the sales manager about the issue and I was very disappointed about the brand, the service and everything. Long story short, I loss over $10K selling this car because I couldn't take anymore. I will never have another mercedes in my life and I don't recommend to anyone. More

Excellent Rob Lowe made my 1 year service experience flow smoothly I was quickly greeted and escorted to the new café where I enjoyed lunch of a toasted wheat Rob Lowe made my 1 year service experience flow smoothly I was quickly greeted and escorted to the new café where I enjoyed lunch of a toasted wheat bread BLT and tomato soup while my car was being checked in after lunch I was escorted to a courtesy car where I was taking home. My service essentially took two full days ( B service, change spark plugs, and exchange battery) which I think is a bit long, but since I was provided with a loaner I wasn't inconvenienced in the least.
