From the moment we arrived the experience was significantly more pleasant than the others, and we ended up with the exact vehicle for within our budget that very night. The staff was not only accommodating, but extremely genuine and sincere. It was as if selling a vehicle was secondary to ensuring the customer's happiness. Shocking to think, I know, but the knowledgeable and courteous staff is to thank for that. Very rarely do you walk away from such a large purchase without any complaints, but I really can't convey how impressed and fulfilled we felt leaving the dealership. I have been an Audi owner for many years, but I was incredibly impressed by MB's new fleet and the service levels of MBLN was so good that I didn't hesitate for one second to switch up my 2013 S5 for a brand new C43 AMG, a car that simply wants to be driven. Burney made the appointment and had the car lightly detailed but assured when we took the vehicle it would be completely detailed and it was. MBLN made buying a vehicle easy. I can be a difficult client but even though we weren't taking a high Mercedes Maybach off the lot he made us feel as our purchase was just as big. I'd highly recommend them for a Mercedes and any other used vehicle they have on their lot. More

I mentioned what I would really like and he said if I didn't need navigate *which I didn't) he thought I might be interested in a C300 Coupe. The car was perfect for my needs. We went for a long test drive and Tim told me about the features. On our return he told me there was a big discount because the car was one of the last 2017 models and was mssing navigate. I was so pleased I had found what I was looking for and because my sale man made me so comfortable I decided there and then to treat myself. Having been a car dealer myself I knew what to look for in purchasing a new car and everything was there. I drove the car home and enjoyed every minute of it. More

I compared it to some other dealers and was pleasantly surprised he gave me the best quote without haggling or going back and forth to his manager. I wasn't ready to buy, but with such a great quote and service , I went back the next day and bought the car. It was a nice easy experience. Highly recommend Ho and Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel.
