The sales-staff, Andre, Steve, and manager Gary, were all very friendly, knowledgeable and, especially, low key. I have a lot of experience and knowledge when it comes to buying and selling automobiles. Not once did I feel like they were trying to pressure me or manipulate the sale. In fact, knowing what my budget was, they did their best to come as close to or match my asking price for the vehicle I wanted. Then they went to work and found financing with payments I could live with. Over all, as car buying goes, it was a pleasant experience. I left the dealership, in my new car, feeling satisfied and with no regrets. More
Andre Javardian is a gentleman of the first water. I made an appointment via Kevin to come see the pre-owned E Class 2014s. Andre and two managers met me at the door with a very pleasant welcome. Andre found the car with the features I was looking for and took me on a test drive. I had been to several dealerships prior and almost purchased one two days prior. It was Andre's courtesy and professionalism that made the connection. He made sure to not only point out the special features this car had, but, to emphasize their benefit to me as the driver. He seemed proud of this car, not merely wanting to "move it". I had bought my new 2001 from their New Car department so had a leaning towards Laguna and Andre confirmed I was correct in my thinking. The negotiating took a longer route than I would prefer. Kevin who took my first call, checked back in with me just days before the deal was finally struck. When the final agreement was made, Andre set an appointment for me to come take possession and it was done with great courtesy and respect. Andre stayed at least two hours past his day to make sure I was walked through all the processes and to sit with me to instruct me on the car's features. He suggested I return on another day and sit again with him to go over things and to call at anytime in the future should I have questions. He seemed truly caring that I enjoy my new car. He builds relationships. When I returned with the bank check on Monday and to have Andre go over some points again, he made sure to introduce me to the manager Gary Casey, who "made the deal go through" Two gentleman. I would call Andre if and when I am ready for a replacement. Also, the day I took possession, as I went to leave I had further tech questions. The gentleman at the Service podium, Becquer, could not have been more kind and courteous. He answered all my questions with great patience and made me feel very welcome to return at any time. A truly kind person who wanted to make sure I knew my car and was happy driving it home in rush hour. It was about 6 or 7pm Saturday June 4th. He is an excellent representative of Laguna Mercedes! Between him and Andre, I would return for service and / or my next car. Both are rare and outstanding gentlemen. And Thank you to Gary Casey for making a deal happen in the end. (Andre, I am sure is who championed it!) More

From the beginning to the end, Mr. Yi explained the process clearly in plain language in which both I and my wife can understand without any problem. He is one of the most helpful MB sales person I have ever met. I have been leasing five MBs and every time I has some issues with other dealers in the past. But not with Mr. Yi. I strongly recommend him if you want to buy or lease MB. He is very knowledgeable and does his best to accommodate your need. The bottom line: Mr. Yi knows what he is doing and will take good care of you. More

Looked at both and was able to make an informative decision with the knowledge of Mark Stueber. He listened, answered all of our concerns as we viewed many new and used vehicles. It has been almost 2 weeks and wanted to settle in and familiarize myself with my new car. I have met with Mark already to go over all the features and see myself meeting again. He has been very easy to deal with and makes himself available when I call. The financing part was also easy. Dealing with Stephen Lim was quick. He respected the fact we wanted no delay and moved through professionally and quickly! I truly believe my purchase was the best at MBLN! More
