Great Experience It was time to return my lease and get a new car. My family lives in Laguna. My wife and I decided to stop by and just test drive a car with no intention of getting car from an OC dealership since we live in LA. That sure changed after we got onto the lot. Tamer Fanous came out and said hi to us immediately. Gave us space as we discussed what we wanted and then took us on the best test drive. He was not too intrusive but showed us the cool features in the new car we got. He actually made the drive better and made us want the car. He was super attentive and informative that we ended up getting the car from them and not in LA. He delivered on all his promises. No back and forth or trying to sell me something I did not want. But Kosta did a REALLY good job of listening to what we were after and met our needs. Kosta does an exceptionally good job of listening to everything we said and the information we gave him. We left the lot to eat and he called and didn't mess around - he gave us a very clean offer that we felt more than comfortable with. We drove back to the Dealership and purchased the car. Kosta is very good at what he does and did a great job making us feel heard, respected, and it was the best experience we have had with purchasing a vehicle and we have bought from Audi, BMW, Ford, and Lexus in recent years.
