I went into MB of Laguna Niguel just to speak with Steve regarding leasing a C250. I had no intention of buying a vehicle. Within 15 minutes of speaking with Steve, I had changed to the GLK350 and was told regarding leasing a C250. I had no intention of buying a vehicle. With my credit challenges, Steve and his team made the impossible happen. The finance manager, Mike Larkin was very nice and didn't pressure us to buy options that we didn't need. I found everyone at MB Laguna to be professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I went into the dealership with the mindset that I would probably lease the C350 Coupe if its performance was what I was courteous and knowledgeable. The car drove great and I made a somewhat split decision to just go for it and make the deal. I worked on the lease terms for about 15-20 minutes and MB Laguna was able to satisfy my requirements. The negotiation process was also very professional and honest. Unfortunately, I left with the car that day and ended up feeling that the seat was extremely uncomfortable on my back, which is a major issue for me. I contacted the dealer the next day and they were initially hesitant though ultimately responsive to my needs and my request to return the car. Eddie was extremely professional and understanding through the process and I would 100% trust MB Laguna with my business should I decide on Mercedes in the future. More

The recent "Auto Haus" renovations have turned it into a showplace, especially with the dedicated AMG studio. Pat Bolter is an engaged and dedicated General Manager, supported by a caring family who owns MBLN. On the service side I have worked with Scott Parry over the last eight years. They do not come any better. I recommend this dealership to anyone who are fearful of large organizations. There is an art to be being big, yet give the experience of being cared for like family. It all comes down to being effective in what you do, at any scale, by being customer focused. More

I went in to buy a new C63 AMG and I knew exactly what I wanted. Knowing that they are an AMG center, I figured the sales staff would know the cars. Turns out they did not know the cars at all. they trie wanted. Knowing that they are an AMG center, I figured the sales staff would know the cars. Turns out they did not know the cars at all. they tried to tell me the specs of a none AMG vehicle when I asked about an AMG. They didn't even know what options were available for the cars. I left and probably will never go back to this dealer. I bought the car I wanted from MB San Diego. they are much better. More

They wasted my time last night. I had to cut my family time so I can get to their dealership before 7pm all the way from FONTANA. I got there and come to find out that the car THEY SAID was there waiting for me to see wasn’t there and that IT DOESN’T EVEN EXIST! Russ, their manager, was supposed to meet me but he was busy with other customers. I was passed around with someone, a guy named BERNIE, who didn’t even have a clue of what I had discussed with TONY initially. Then Bernie tries to show me a car that has totally different specs and expect me to say yes??? What kind of business are they running there? That dealership is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They are running a business of LIES! I will make my complain to the Better Business Bureau and I will make sure the owner of this dealership hears about this. More
