I'm so glad I was in Alisa's capable hands. What a different experience altogether. Completely unlike any stereotype of a salesperson or experience I've had in the past. Alisa quickly gauged how much I knew about the specific car I was interested in and got right to it. She got the keys and we took a test drive while she covered the details and features that weren't commonly known. Upon returning to the lot, she then got right to the money par and we segued quickly into making the deal. As I left the dealership, it struck me how uncommonly easy and pleasant the whole experience was for me. I cannot say enough good things about Tafel and specifically Alisa. Now I can only hope the service department is on par with the sales team - if so, I'm all set! More

I thought I knew what I was interested in. Alisa listened to my preferences and also made sure I was aware of all my options while never resorting to any high pressure salesperson techniques. This included financing options as wall as choice of vehicle. As a result of her helpful assistance, I drove home that day in a new car. I am very happy with the vehicle and feel so grateful to Alisa for her gentle guidance. The vehicle was not thoroughly detailed when presented to my wife. She found several issues inside and out that had to be corrected. I was impressed that they brought the Delivery Manager over to see our concerns. He apologized for the condition and promptly sent the vehicle back to detailing where it was corrected. We were very impressed at the professional manner this was handled improving the overall experience. More
