Megan took me through the car and its features the day I took delivery. She is very bright, helpful and communicates very clearly. If I didn't "get" it the first time she would try another way to explain until it was clear. I appreciate that approach and suppose anyone would. Jeff teamed well with Charles to get the financing and paperwork taken care of. He is an enthusiastic and service oriented individual. We agreed to a finance rate on Friday, but when I took delivery on Monday Jeff informed me he had found another option and found a better deal. That was a pleasant surprise.
