I was contacted by e-mail within hours and then Mr. McNulty contacted me on Monday. David was extremely professional as we worked through the process. I had other appointments that day and he was very flexible during the acquisition of the car. As the evening progressed, arrangements to meet Megan for the new car orientation were made for the following day. I was able to meet Mr. Bogale, as he wanted to ensure that I had a great experience and that I was satisfied with the entire process. This is my first Mercedes and it will most certainly not be my last! The E63 is an amazing automobile and the acquisition process made it even better! More

Worth The Drive!! While looking on the Mercedes Benz website for our next vehicle, (an addition to our family prompted the need for a bit more space) I found one that l While looking on the Mercedes Benz website for our next vehicle, (an addition to our family prompted the need for a bit more space) I found one that looked to fit the bill. The only hurdle was the distance of more than 200 miles from our home (in a large city already serviced by not one, but two, Mercedes Benz dealers) to this vehicle at Tafel in Louisville. I called Tafel and was connected with David McNulty, who spent time to connect with me and understand my needs. By the time our conversation had ended, the drive to Louisville was a foregone conclusion. I would make the round trip in one day and return in time to pick our children up from school that afternoon. Although the plan wasn't foolproof (early-morning traffic delayed my arrival by 45 minutes) David was perfect - managing my significant time crunch by taking my trade and walking me through the entire process of purchasing our new vehicle in record time, but with total attention to detail and care that I understood everything about the vehicle and the dealership (its service department, etc.). We wholeheartedly recommend David and Tafel Motors and will look to them for our next vehicle purchase. More

The Mercedes product is great. The dealership is not. I really like my GL550 and wanted my wife to get a GL or M class. Brad was very nice and patient with showing her the new models. However, she is also the one that handles the service for my GL. Her experience with George has been so bad I could not get her to consider a Mercedes in the final decision process. It is everything from missed appointments, late delivery on repairs, no loaners available even when reserved, crowded shuttles driving her all over the place to take 5 people around town, over promises and on and on. Overall the service experience was so bad for her she would not consider buying the car. Spent the same amount of money just down the street on another brand. More
Tafel Motor and Skyler are the BEST!! Went to Tafel Motor's one evening just about a month with the intentions just to look at the 2015 "E" Class and ended up driving one out that night! Happy Benz Customer My wife and I brought her 2014 C300 in for service. We bought the C300 from Tafel Motor Company about 9 or 10 months ago. Our C300 sales person was My wife and I brought her 2014 C300 in for service. We bought the C300 from Tafel Motor Company about 9 or 10 months ago. Our C300 sales person was David McNulty. The basic service is only going to take about 90 minutes so we decided to wait. David McNulty spots us and asked how we were and how we like the C300. My wife and I told him we loved the car. David is an easy going non-pressure sale person. AND WE LIKE BEING TREATED THAT WAY! David asked (I knew he would) if I was still driving my Honda Crosstour. I said yes, but in the fall I may want to get back into an SUV. Of course, he said "what kind of SUV are you considering." I said, "not sure, something small, good mpg, maybe a diesel, I owned a VW and a Mercedes diesel many years ago." David said, "have you looked at the Mercedes GLK250?" I said "no." To make a long very pleasurable experience short, I left Tafel, trading my Honda in for the GLK250 in stock. David is the best, he makes the car buying experience fun. More
