I think your service organization costs you a lot of new car sales. As I told Brad I have many professional friends that also drive MB cars and the feeling is pretty much unanimous. I think you get a false sense of security of the survey results that come from pressure and begging, not true feedback. I would start by asking your shuttle drivers what they hear. They know more than you think on how people feel about your service department. It is one thing to pay a premium for great service. it is another to pay a premium to get the run around.
