I was already in love with the car before I got inside it because my wife and I already have a 2008 smart fortwo passion cabriolet [sic] with the standard gasoline engine that we bought used in 2010. Even after 5 years with it it is still a joy to drive. Mr. McNulty is a fine salesman: no pressure and plenty of knowledge about the car. (I've met many salesmen over the years who've spoken "off the cuff" and been incredibly wrong about the cars they were trying to sell.) Bad experience with service department I went to the dealer because my car had a noise in the front. My adviser is Matt Krebs. First day I was waiting for diagnosis about three hours and no I went to the dealer because my car had a noise in the front. My adviser is Matt Krebs. First day I was waiting for diagnosis about three hours and nothing. The adviser told me they require about two more hours to change the tires on the car. I requested to come back the following day ( I am diabetic ). The following day I went again looking for the same diagnosis. I was waiting again for about three hours and nothing, then I went to see the adviser and he told me they did not have diagnosis yet and I have to pay $600.00 for further intent. I said no, but any way he charged me $240.00 dollars for nothing. More

Purchase of Mercedes E350 I purchased my first Mercedes Benz from Tafel Motor Company in 1998. Since then I have purchased 2 other cars from this dealership (the most recent be I purchased my first Mercedes Benz from Tafel Motor Company in 1998. Since then I have purchased 2 other cars from this dealership (the most recent being a purchase of an E350). I knew when I purchased the vehicle the quality German craftsmanship would be unbeatable. What I did not know when I purchased that my first Mercedes, was that Tafel's Sales and Service Departments would mirror the same qualities that Mercedes puts into their vehicles. I could buy a Mercedes from any one of several locations however, I doubt I could ever find a Sales or Service Department close to the staff Tafel Motor Company has assembled. Very slow registering the car incorrectly We were happy with part of the deal. We were told it cost $175 to register the car. We told them it only cost $18 to transfer plates from the trade in We were happy with part of the deal. We were told it cost $175 to register the car. We told them it only cost $18 to transfer plates from the trade in to the newly purchased car. We were told we would receive a refund of the unused portion. After 2 months of waiting and repeated calling the car was registered with new plates for $95 instead of the old plates for $18. We never received the $80 difference back. More
