My most recent experience involved me trading my C300 for a GLK350, with Kareem Dailey. I simply contacted Kareem via email and told him what I was looking for and how much I had to spend and he found the perfect vehicle in a matter of days. He set up a time for me to come and drive the vehicle, and had it waiting for me as soon as I arrived to the dealership. I contacted him the next day and said I'd like to consider the trade if the deal was right. Kareem worked with me until the deal was right! He is awesome and is a valuable asset to Tafel. More

They worked with us on the price of the car and then when they brought it in from another dealer and found issues with the interior of the car they proactively replaced the defective pieces before the car was ever delivered to me. My sales agent and the manager were professional and friendly and upfront about the problems and quickly made sure the car was perfect before I drove it home. The two product concierges, Katie and Megan, were knowledgeable and helped me to learn the technical aspects of the car. The dealership even comped us our car mats, a full car detail at a future date and a dinner at our favorite restaurant. I can't say enough. More
