My most recent experience involved me trading my C300 for a GLK350, I have been a Tafel customer for 4 years and probably won't ever go anywhere else. My most recent experience involved me trading my C300 for a GLK350, with Kareem Dailey. I simply contacted Kareem via email and told him what I was looking for and how much I had to spend and he found the perfect vehicle in a matter of days. He set up a time for me to come and drive the vehicle, and had it waiting for me as soon as I arrived to the dealership. I contacted him the next day and said I'd like to consider the trade if the deal was right. Kareem worked with me until the deal was right! He is awesome and is a valuable asset to Tafel. More

Best trait of all: she listened to the options I wanted and did not try to sell me a car outside of those parameters. She took the time to find the optimum vehicle to suit my specific needs and did it with a sparkling personality. I was treated fairly and both parties got a fair deal. In my opinion, Tafel is fortunate to have her on the sales team. She is a sharp witted "people person" who represents your dealership in the manner you would want. Her style and business savvy should be an example to others. She made the usually unpleasant task of buying a car a pleasurable and painless experience. I wish her well and hope her talents are recognized and rewarded. She is management material. Jeff Jackson was also professional and patient. His knowledge of finance was evident and he handled the transaction flawlessly. He too was a pleasure to work with. Overall, the purchase was positive experience, and I am happy with the car. It should be noted that it is Tafel's Service Dept. that brought me back to the dealership to purchase another car. With Alisa on your team, I have another incentive to keep coming back. More

He was excellent. He explained the leasing process to me and worked with the loan officer to make my dream come true. I love my new baby Mercedes. Skylar indulged our curiosities and showed us several models without even knowing if we were serious buyers or merely in for a bit of fun. His knowledge about Mercedes is impressive. No pushy sales tactics involved! They worked with us on the price of the car and then when they brought it in from another dealer and found issues with the interior of the car they proactively replaced the defective pieces before the car was ever delivered to me. My sales agent and the manager were professional and friendly and upfront about the problems and quickly made sure the car was perfect before I drove it home. The two product concierges, Katie and Megan, were knowledgeable and helped me to learn the technical aspects of the car. The dealership even comped us our car mats, a full car detail at a future date and a dinner at our favorite restaurant. I can't say enough. More
