I had previously bought new a 2001 SLK 320 in 2001, but had been looking for a good CLK Cabriolet so I could have a little more cabin room when my wife and I travel. Initially, I simply stopped in and spoke to Jeff Hovious to get some details on the vehicle and inspect the records. Later I spoke to the previous owner who had traded the car. I decided to purchase the CLK and did my research and decided what I would accept as trade payment. I went in and it took all of 20 minutes for me to reach an agreement on price and subsequently take delivery of the vehicle. I have been very pleased with everyone at Tafel since buying my SLK in 2001. This is the third vehicle that I've purchased from Tafel. Each time I've experienced superior customer experience and care. from both sales and service. That's why I keep coming back. More

He also worked together with me and the general sales manager, Abel Bogale, to ensure that we met at a price point that made me happy. I personally work with Terri Mitchell, probably the best service advisor I have ever encountered regardless of brand or dealership. She follows up on every service, spends time with you to find out your needs, and ensures that you are never overcharged for any work your car needs. Tafel also can often accommodate you with a loaner car if waiting or a shuttle ride don't suit you. As someone who enjoys working on cars, I really appreciate feeling that my service needs are met and exceeded - every time after time after time. The dealership itself is well kept, has many conveniences and amenities that make it a pleasure to browse, buy, or wait for your car to be serviced. With clean facilities and friendly staff, it's an enjoyable experience all its own. Did I encounter any negative experiences? To be honest, none that I can think of. Perhaps that's why I enjoyed my most recent shopping experience there so much. Nothing made me reconsider my decision to work with Jeffrey, or to go to Tafel. I think you will likely come to the same conclusion. So, in summary, with a great sales team, fantastic service, and a customer-first attitude, I can say without a doubt that Tafel is the best dealership I have worked with. Extremely uncomfortable. I'd spoken to the sales representative three days prior to my visit to explain to him EXACTLY what I was looking for and my price range. When I got t I'd spoken to the sales representative three days prior to my visit to explain to him EXACTLY what I was looking for and my price range. When I got there, I was met by the sales rep. who informed me that he had a car ready, the car was dirty, and also they couldn't tell me the price. They preceded to tell me that they would contact me the following day with a price, the following day came two days later. I'm not sure if the sales rep felt like I was wasting his time or what, but I will NEVER consider returning to Tafel motors again and I will share my experience with anyone whose willing to listen. Maybe the rep believed that because of the color of my skin that I wouldn't be able to afford a Mercedes, so he didn't take the extra effort to ensure a sale. Prior to my meeting with your sales rep, my heart was set on a Mercedes, and it still is, just not with your dealership. More
