We were very particular about most everything with respect to the car--color, features (bells and whistles), pricing, etc. John Foye worked closely with us to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price and even arranged to divert a car that was on its way to another dealer so that we wouldn't have to wait for the car to be built. Then, he assisted me in surprising my wife with the car--with a big bow on it as a flourish. The closing and trade-in process, handled by Jeff Jackson, was simple and well-organized. In sum, dealing with Tafel on this matter was a pleasure. My first compliment is that he didn't assume my husband would be making the buying decision and asked us who the car was for. Once he knew I would be the primary driver, he focused in on questions that I had as a buyer. He took us on one of the best test drives we had been on, allowing both of us to drive. Upon arrival, I was professionally and courteously greeted by Kareem Dailey. His friendly approach and demeanor quickly made me feel comfortable in my decision. The vehicle was 100% as described by him, another plus. He was very attentive to my wife and I and even suggested a place for lunch. Overall, Tafel Motors has a unique approach in how they sell cars.
