After seeing a few C class vehicles on the road I decided that needed to check the c class coupe out and give it a drive. I went on line to do a build a see what was available, Kareem contacted almost immediately after I submitted the build and was very timely in responding to my emails. Unfortunately the dealership could not locate a vehicle equipped they way I wanted but Kareem told me one could be ordered exactly they way I wanted and even told me that several of the options I chose were not necessary cutting the price on the vehicle and then gave a good idea of what the vehicle would cost. Kareem was great, friendly and knowledgable. More

He is courteous, personable, and has in-depth knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products, capabilities, and options. Wyndall strives to ensure he delivers the highest level of customer service, promptly returns calls, and always follows-up. His listening skills are unsurpassed. He patiently searched to find the ML that we wanted and worked around my schedule to deliver the car during a busy week. Pricing and trade-in value is straight-forward with no surprises. Brad was the "go-to guy" and got back to me promptly whenever I had a question or wanted to set up a time to test drive, fill out the paperwork, and ensure the prep for delivery was completed when I was available to come in. Jesse made the paperwork easy. Megan covered the key points at delivery and set up the phone and garage door opener in less than a minute. Overall great experience from start to finish. Look forward to continued excellent service after the sale as with the GLK. More

Tafel Motors and specifically David McNulty was the single salesman out of many other dealers who took the time and care to help with my search. The amount of support gave me the assurance that Tafel Motors was committed to all of their customers, no matter the circumstance or road-blocks that presented themselves throughout the experience coordinating with Smart’s manufacturing process. David McNulty was consistently honest, direct, and most of all helpful in relentlessly finding information on the sparse availability of all-electric Smart cars in the United States. The reality that so much care and attention was given to the very affordable brand Smart (which the overall cost could compare to simple accessory packages in the luxury Mercedes) made me consistently confident I was working with the right dealership. At no point did I have any doubts in a process where many other dealerships can feel dishonest. I cannot understate the amount of work that Tafel Motors placed into my car-buying experience (from David McNulty’s unprecedented support and creative financial solutions, to Jeff Jackson’s individual scanning of my financial contract to meet my deadline for picking up the car, and Manager Abel detailing out the Smart leasing options beyond closing time at the dealership). If you are in the market for any Mercedes and particularly a Smart car, there is simply no better dealership than Tafel Motors! More
