Over the last 40 years I have purchased many vehicles from a lot of dealerships and individuals. Many times I have had not so pleasurable experiences. I visited several dealerships to make my attempt to purchase a Hummer. My efforts were unsuccessful until I called Tafel Motors. From the time I spoke to Kareem Dailey on the first call to the time I drove my Hummer off the lot I was impressed with the efforts he made to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I live in Central Indiana and the drive was more than welcome to be able to work with a group that puts customer service first. I have nothing bit kudos for Kareem and Tafel Motors. Thank you and I love my Hummer. More

Professional, caring and went the extra mile to get us in the Mercedes we wanted and at the price. He is the standard that all associates should strive to become. I will definitely return to Tafel motors and go straight to Todd for all my buying needs. He should be looked at to manage this company because of his personality and skill in producing satisfied customers plus he understands all aspects of this dealership - true professional. Great work from salesmen. I went in with high negative equity in vehicle and Skylar and crew worked as much as they could to get me in a new vehicle. Exceptional! This was our 3rd Mercedes purchased from Tafel over the past 10 years and it certainly won't be the last. This round we went with the GLK 250 after much research. We traded in another vehicle and Tafel was more than fair. Much more. I have trouble referring to their sales team as "sales people" as you don't feel a hint of pressure or persuasion. They are friendly and well informed; their objective is clearly to make certain your experience is exceptional, whether you ultimately purchase a vehicle or not. Jeff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and educated with what we were looking for. I truly do not feel anything could have been better. Mercedes made life-long customers out of my wife and I over 10 years ago and as long as we're in the Louisville vicinity, so has Tafel. Thanks so much! Mark, Michelle and River More
Exceptional Customer Service I took both my 2009 MK 350 and 2010 SLK 300 to Tafel for service. My MLK check engine light came on (apparent leak resulted from service I received fr I took both my 2009 MK 350 and 2010 SLK 300 to Tafel for service. My MLK check engine light came on (apparent leak resulted from service I received from James Motor Company (Lexington, KY). My SLK "B" servicce was due. George Frazier, service advisor provided honest and excellent customer service. I reside in Richmond, KY 165 miles from Tafel Motor Company/Louisville, Ky. I addressed concerns from service results from the Lexington dealership ie. tires inflated between 37- 43lbs, drip under engine and intermetient heat. He also told me ablout the 10% military discount for parts installed. James Motor Company never mentioned. I was on the road by 0630 to Tafel for my 0800 appt for my MLK; service was done by 1230.. I had scheduled my SLK for Monday which I would have to take a day off, but preferred to complete both vehicles in the same day (as usual). Gerorge told me a service technician would stay if i wanted to return with my vehicle and I did just that. I drove home; Richmond KY switched vehicles and returned to Tafel with my SLK by 1530 for it's B service. Its my belief at James Motor Company (Service advisor/Service technician) is intentionally causing damange to vehicles for profit. Per June, service advisor @ James Motor Co., both my MLK 350 and SLK 300 needed rotors @ 75K and 22K miles, the passenger restraint light is came on my SLK 300 after a service @ James. After a service to my MLK 350, it was dripping fluid from the engine on the garage floor. The service advisor, June had the ardisity to ask me what kind of job I had that I can come to the dealership during the day 2 days straight. I will drive the 1 1/2 hour to Louisville KY, passing James Motor Company/Lexington, Ky for service for my vehicles. James Motor Company never sent me a review email for comment on their service. Exceptional buying experience I came to Tafel Motors to test drive a used trade in car (not a Mercedes). Impressive Staff I had been looking at one of their used Mercedes online for a couple of days. I was really interested in test driving the vehicle, but I was a little I had been looking at one of their used Mercedes online for a couple of days. I was really interested in test driving the vehicle, but I was a little apprehensive about going into the dealership. I have never owned a Mercedes before and I thought maybe the sales people would be a little "uppity". I finally decided to make the appointment for the test drive and see how it went. I was immediately contacted by my salesperson, David McNulty. We set up a time later that day for me to come in and test drive the car. My fears couldn't have been more unfounded. David and the entire staff at Tafel Motors were very friendly, treated me with great respect and they were very customer service oriented. David and I put a deal together on my lunch hour! I don't think buying a car has ever been so quick and painless for me! I love my new Mercedes. More
