Terrific Buying Experience I have always wanted to own a Mercedes and the timing was finally right. I arrived at the dealership and was immediately greeted by Jeff Hovious. Jeff was friendly, personable, listened to my needs and offered to let me take the GL 450 for an extended drive over the weekend. Never before has a dealer/salesman treated me so warmly and generously. I knew that I was in for a good experience and needless to say, after a couple day test drive, I was hooked on the fine automobile. Jeff asked my preferred communication method and followed it to a "T". Tafel came to me with a very good first offer, showing me they meant business and valued my time by not wasting it on the typical dealer sales game. By Wednesday, we closed on a very fair deal. I arrived at the dealership at the agreed upon time, in short order signed all of the paperwork and drove off with the best car/SUV I have ever owned. By far the best automobile buying experience. They are fair and treat you the way the car treats you. I look forward to enjoying many years with my Mercedes!! More
