I've always dreaded when it was time to replace a vehicle because of going through the typical hassle at dealerships.This was by far the most pleasurable experience we've ever had. There was no real "pressure" by any of the Tafel Motors team. Jeff Hovious was extremely helpful and simply sold us with his knowledge of the vehicle and his extremely friendly ,helpful personality. Then, once we made a decision, there was an entire group that stayed until after 7 PM to finalize the paperwork, prep the vehicle, and deliver it to us even though the dealership was officially closed at 5. And all with smiles on their faces! My hats off to the dealership and all of the employees involved. Thank you to all for changing my outlook on vehicle shopping. I priced similar SUV's within a 100 mile radius, checked trade-in and private sale prices on both my Corolla and the Lexus, and walked away feeling very comfortable that I was treated fairly. Most of my pricing was done on line and after I made an offer the auto and paperwork were ready when I arrived to pick it up. Maybe forty-five minutes and I was out the door. And to be honest most of that time was me inspecting the car and the sales team connecting my phone to the Bluetooth and demonstrating the Navigation system since my wife and I are not very tech orientated. Mostly higher end auto's, but if this fits your selection I would strongly recommend you stop by to check thier inventory. More
