Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and eliminated virtually all of the pain associated with purchasing a new car. He and the dealer were flexible and their encouraging us to keep the car overnight (before we bought it) really helped seal the deal since it enabled us to test drive the car under different conditions and familiarize ourselves with all the new technology. After we made the purchase the excellent service continued. Jeff spent a great deal of time patiently answering all of our questions (sometimes more than once) and he followed up over the next few days by phone and e-mail to make sure everything was going well. We would not hesitate to recommend Tafel and particularly Jeff Hovious, for anyone interested in buying a terrific automobile . More

Feels great to be part of the Mercedes family When we were coming up with the list of automobiles to test drive we included Mercedes but it wasn't at the top of the list. We enjoyed test driving When we were coming up with the list of automobiles to test drive we included Mercedes but it wasn't at the top of the list. We enjoyed test driving the Infiniti and Audi and found those dealerships to have professional salesman and excellent autos. There were a couple on the list that were eliminated because after test driving we didn't like the car, the dealership used tricks/methods to gain our phone/email that we felt were unprofessional, or the salesman just weren't up to showing the auto we were looking at (As in spending more time showing us the radio than the features of the car). From the moment we were greeted at Tafel Motor Company we enjoyed the professionalism of the staff, the selection of autos, and the relationship we started to build. There was never any pressure and they spent quite a bit of time helping us decide what was right for us. That extended time, including answering many questions and a couple days test driving different models, allowed us to come to a decision that we were comfortable with. After researching and comparing our final list we felt the Mercedes was our best option. Could we have gotten a better price by driving around, shopping all the Mercedes dealerships in a 200 mile radius? Perhaps. Could we feel better about the deal we made? Absolutely not. I have no doubt as we build a long term relationship with the service department at Tafel we will continue to be impressed by the organization. This has been by far the best car buying experience we have had. More
