Rushed Experience I had a 6:00 p.m. appointment to sign lease. At 9:00 p.m. We went into office and was rushed through the paperwork. I could not make a quick decision and declined. In four days I called and inquired about protection options. I was sent a link to info and realized I would like the lease protection coverage. I could not reach office until Monday. They took my credit card and said they would email agreement. Later they called and said the protection was not available after original signing. No reason was given. Poor communication. More
