Amazing service and no pressure sales team The Tafel team from the sales manager to the financing officer provided a no pressure, relaxed, caring atmosphere. I have bought numerous vehicles fr The Tafel team from the sales manager to the financing officer provided a no pressure, relaxed, caring atmosphere. I have bought numerous vehicles from BMW, Audi, Jeep, and Ford and the Tafel team, especially Joey our salesman, surpassed all others I have dealt with/bought from before. My wife was not sure what she wanted and Joey provided numerous options to narrow down our search. He listen to our wants/desires and created a list of possible vehicles that together we narrowed down to our final choice. Once we decided on the vehicle, it only took about 5 mins to negotiate our final price. During this final step in every other vehicle purchase it took from 30 mins to an hour for the salesman to talk to his manager, the manager come out and give a reason for their price, and so on and so on. I was blown away with how easy it was to finalize the deal. Joey and the entire team made our experience great and I would highly suggest him and Tafel Mottors if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle. More

Great experience with only one continuance problem I haven't bought a vehicle in twelve years and had since froze my credit for protection. I wrote a check for twenty thousand and told Todd that I wanted to finance the rest with PNC at 1.9%. To lift the freeze was not an easy or pleasant experience and a story in it's own. Todd and the dealership allowed me to take the vehicle home that night and the navigation which was new to me routed me around the traffic problems. I had my roommate Karen drive me some hundred and sixty miles to the dealership that day and her phone navigation was taking her a different route. She followed me as I had not the time to get familiar with the system. Was a pleasant experience driving back. The information system takes a bit getting use to and is a little short on description and not always clear. I had to spend some time before I understood that the hotspot is not the same as the access give to the driver through Mbrace. The hotspot is too pricey as I understand it as you have to pay some two hundred dollars for one package and then eighteen dollars a month for the internet. Might as well price them together and state the real price which is much higher then my home high speed internet with phone and TV. Seems everyone is stumbling around with these cost as a friend of ours has a mini cooper and thinks she would have internet if she keep the XM Sirus package. Radio is radio and I didn't have an answer for her. More
