Deceptive and Liars. BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE. The staff here are liars and deceptive. Had a very unpleasant experience today with the service department. Dropped off my car for an oi BUYER BEWARE. The staff here are liars and deceptive. Had a very unpleasant experience today with the service department. Dropped off my car for an oil change, B service and state inspection. I had paid my registration online and didn't realize that I lost the decal (sticker). ROGER, the service advisor said they CANNOT perform an inspection without license plate decal and advised me to go to DMV to get a replacement decal and come back. Only then they would be able to do the inspection. I agreed and told them to just go ahead with the oil change and B service for now, meanwhile, I'll go to the DMV to get the new sticker. 3 hours later, I came back and they said they have already done the inspection and the result is: FAILED. This is where things started to go downhill. First of all, they're the one who told me they can't do inspection without having the sticker. Second, I NEVER gave them my registration (i had it with me the whole time to the DMV) so the question is: how were they able to do an inspection? I then demanded for the inspection report. They then kept lying and stalling and refused to give me the inspection report that should contain all details WHY it failed inspection. This madness continued for 30 minutes, Roger kept saying that he's "working on the report" and that it's being "reprinted". The situation didn't make sense at all. This whole saga finally came to light when another worker (a lady) slipped and said that the car was never actually been inspected, it never run through the computer system. The mechanic, while performing B service, said the car would never pass inspection. But he NEVER actually run the car through the computer system. That is just so WRONG and against the law! They want me to pay $40 for an inspection they NEVER actually performed and when confronted about it, straight up LIED. They failed to produce an inspection report, guess why? Because they never actually performed the inspection and yet demand for payment! Jason, the manager was the only reasonable person in this establishment. After assessing the situation he promptly issued me a $40 refund for the "never performed inspection" and repeatedly apologized, he said i was never supposed to be charged for an inspection. Roger and Stephanie (a lady who never interacted or exchanged words with me, YET amazingly felt the need to offer her opinion, next time learn your lesson and mind your own business, it's above your pay grade) should be ashamed of themselves for being a deceptive pathetic liars. Maintenance Service for Sprinter RV Mike Cramer was very helpful. He even had us speak with the Sprinter Sales and Service Manager, Bob. Bob was so very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He was the first mechanic who knew about biodiesel as it relates to Sprinters. We had spoken with many dealers and no one knew that Sprinters can only use no more than B5 biodiesel. Our concerns, which no one can answer is; what happens if B5 or less no longer becomes available. Bob did not think this would happen and put our minds somewhat at ease. He stated to stick to brand name gas stations who should continue to provide B5 or less. It was so nice to speak with Bob who heard our concerns. He also explained exactly what service our Sprinter needed and what was not necessary at this time. More
