One Of the Top Dealerships on Long Island I purchased an S 500 in 2002 from Massapequa Mercdes and kept this car till 2015 The service was stellar and the people were always friendly and prof I purchased an S 500 in 2002 from Massapequa Mercdes and kept this car till 2015 The service was stellar and the people were always friendly and professional. Waiting for my car to be serviced was a pleasure. You can have snacks, shoot pool or just enjoy a comfortable atmosphere. I decided to try the BMW 750IL from a different dealership and I must say for 3-years it was difficult The car had low profile tires and I suffered 38 flat tires in 32 months... I was stuck on the side of roads for a total of 49 hours in those 32 months. Even though the my service person was terrific the other divisions of this BMW dealership was not up to par, starting with roadside service and the reception desk at dealship. Massapequa M took over my BMW for the last 4-payments of my lease and put me into a Maserati I am Happy that I am back with one of the top dealerships on Long Island John L More
Be very careful if you take your care at this dealership! Took my car to get a 'rear SAM' replace. got the car back, and several other components were defective. the worst part, is when I called the shop to Took my car to get a 'rear SAM' replace. got the car back, and several other components were defective. the worst part, is when I called the shop to let them know about the problem that is now on the car, only after it was taken to their dealership. The worst response from the dealership was .. " you should have check every component of your car when you receive it" -- and this is suppose to be a dealership with integrity?? The rear SAM does not control any of the component that is now broken, what is worst - the most obvious parts that you would not check, like the driver's seat position, to fin dout it was not working, was not checked because there was no need to check it. If you have ever taken your car to this dealership and got it back worst than you took it, then you know, you are not the only person this dealership tried to crew-over! It's better to pay your non-mercedes benz shop to do your repairs than to take to a MB dealer, and then get ripped out. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! More
Bait & Switch Went into Mercedes of Massapequa to lease my wife a new car. I did the test drive, discussed the numbers (numbers came back ridiculously higher than Went into Mercedes of Massapequa to lease my wife a new car. I did the test drive, discussed the numbers (numbers came back ridiculously higher than other dealership that I had already gone to) I thanked the salesperson for her time, and proceeded to leave. That's when the "Bucket Shop" high pressure sales tactics began. Last thing I want or expect from a Mercedes dealership is this type of behavior. I explained that the numbers were way too high, salesperson ran to her manger's office and came back. Miraculously, the number came down several thousand dollars with almost no haggeling. I thanked the saleswoman and continued on out the door. That's when the manager made an appearance...Lets call him "The Closer!" He proceeds to offer to buy out my wife's current lease. I knew it was too good to be true, so I thanked him and said I needed to go home to think about it. I called the next day and reluctantly accepted the deal. Of course, a month later...I get a bill from Infiniti for mile overage and disposition fee. I called Mercedes to complain and they claim they never made that deal. Classic Bait and Switch. Do not go to this dealership...it is filled with a culture of hard sell, do not let the "mark" leave without making a sale, ABC "Always Be Closing" The dealership looks nice, but the staff is terribly dishonest!!!! Zero Stars...would never step foot in that place again! More
