Service visit and NYS inspection My experience was flawless, as usual. I met with Vivian K and she was efficient, professional and so friendly. My only complaint was the intense smell of smoke in the loaner car. Vivian was so apologetic. They cleaned, vacuumed and did everything they could to get rid of it but to no avail.
