Did my oil change and state inspection, however, when completed, they said they didn’t do multi point inspection since I only gave them an hour and a half. They told me to come back for multipoint inspec completed, they said they didn’t do multi point inspection since I only gave them an hour and a half. They told me to come back for multipoint inspection that is included in the oil change even though the dealership always advertise that they do the services in an hour. I love 33 miles away from the dealership and is not feasible for coming back just to do the multipoint inspection. There was no discount offered due to not able to do the multipoint inspection. . I thought this was very unprofessional and very disappointing. If the dealership doesn’t meet the customers expectations, they should provide some instant discounts. More

My service guy Dwayne is so accommodating and reviews everything with me. I’m closer to smithtown but I will never change and leave Massapequa. I have been with them since 2006. Went to smithtown for a tire change and they were awful my tire was under warranty and Dwayne told me that when I told him a month later what happened. I have brand loyalty because of my service experience with Dwayne. I was having lunch with my attorney while my car was being serviced and she asked who my service person was and to our surprise it was Dwayne. My request was handled by Charles. He was very professional and was able to understand the issue regarding having bad odor while turning on AC or Heater. He did advised the technician and the fil professional and was able to understand the issue regarding having bad odor while turning on AC or Heater. He did advised the technician and the filters were replaced and software was updated without any cost as I did bought the SUV few months earlier. He also fixed sit belt buckle cover as my kids took it out. He also advised to call him back if the problems don’t get resolved . I am glad and honored to be their client . I have a long drive tomorrow and will find out if the issue rectified and eliminated. Thanks agan Charles for your wonderful support. More
