Walked into Mercedes of Massapequa right when they opened to check out their wide selection of preowned cars with two specific cars in mind. Amanda introduced me to the sales manager , Nick Guadagno who went over the price with me and confirmed the best possible deal. Lastly the finance manager , Edvin Bilali reviewed the paperwork and warranties with me and answered any questions I had regarding the sale. Noone was ever pushy or rude , everyone tries their best to make the customer feel welcomed and to walk out with their perfect car and at a great price.
