The service department contact rep communication was great. I was disappointed with the cleaning of the car. Yes they did vacuum the car , but it was not a good job. I cleared the car completely so they great. I was disappointed with the cleaning of the car. Yes they did vacuum the car , but it was not a good job. I cleared the car completely so they would have the ability to do a thorough job but when I got the car back. It was not properly cleaned. You would think in a pandemic it would be a priority. I have an RV that is built on a Mercedes 3500 series sprinter van . There were 2 open recalls that needed attention . I called made an appointment and within 2 days I had my vehicle serviced and the sta sprinter van . There were 2 open recalls that needed attention .
