Nothing but the best experience! My tire needed to be replaced. It was towed to the service department. I promptly received a call from John the service manager to discuss the tire. Considering that i traveled down from NH to NY during the Covid-19 pandemic. The entire process was finalized very smoothly. Only slight hiccup was related to the registration; but even then; the Massapequa team (Matthew, Marc, Dolores & Marie) worked out the kinks efficiently. I will be looking to work with them again; when its time to re-up my fiance's and my next cars when our current leases are exhausted. More
