My first service visit with Frank Mazziotti and Kwang Choi exceeded my expectations! In and out with ease along with a friendly and very helpful attitude. John was terrific as usual. Very helpful and informative. I told him that I was very disappointed with the MB Brand After I was informed that my E-350 would need a new transmission ($10K) even though it has I told him that I was very disappointed with the MB Brand After I was informed that my E-350 would need a new transmission ($10K) even though it has less than 200K miles!!! Also, That the brake lines are rusted and need to be replaced ($4K)!!! Not what I expected from MB!! More

Vivian was very pleasant, helpful and attentive to getting me in and out when I dropped off my car. The tail light issue was going to take longer than a day to repair so she got me into a loaner and getting me in and out when I dropped off my car.
