This is my second time personally going to the shop last This is my second time personally going to the shop last visit not too happy basically my suspension in the rear keeps leaking and going down and wh This is my second time personally going to the shop last visit not too happy basically my suspension in the rear keeps leaking and going down and when it was in service for 6 days they could not find a problem and they said that it did not leak but The next morning when I came out to my vehicle it had leaked all the way down/ which is now forcing me to go back to the service department to have them figure out what is wrong with the car once again I live in New York City and I choose to come all the way to your area / Not to mention I have a service plan agreement I gave all the information but the information was not used until I followed up on it/ Service check was performed on my car but they did not even adjust my clock So the first time I visited I had a great experience to the point where I wanted to come back I came back and the second time I had a so-so experience I hope my third experience will be a much better experience thank you More

Yearly Inspection I had my yearly inspection come up during the lock down here on Long Island, NY I arranged with the service department...to schedule it and to pick a I had my yearly inspection come up during the lock down here on Long Island, NY I arranged with the service department...to schedule it and to pick and and deliver back to me my car after service was done. They did arrange for the driver to call me on way here to my house and left a cleaned and sanitized Mercedes to use.. and took my car.. When it was done.. returned to my house.. cleaned inside and out and sanitized for me. Everything was done without me having to go and sit and wait at the dealership..
