Had my 3rd service on my GLA250 Was easy to make an appointment and was also able to get a loaner car... which was good considering that they had to keep my car over night. John McGuire my service wr appointment and was also able to get a loaner car... which was good considering that they had to keep my car over night. John McGuire my service writer was professional and kept me updated on my vehicle. He notified me as soon as my vehicle was ready and explained what was done for my concerns in addition to my regular A service. Car was returned to me.. washed and ready to go I highly recommend this dealership for both purchase and service. More

My first MB - Massapequa service visit was pretty great. I noticed a pesky brake issue, but the team helped address it quickly and efficiently.
