Ryan, sales manager, offered a fair deal fair from the moment of our first interactions. The lease documents were confusing and Ryan was remarkable patient with me explaining some of the confusing wording (e.g. "rental" fee is really "cost of interest"). I think everyone feels vulnerable shopping in a car dealership, fearful that the dealings are underhanded in some way but these people were fair, honest, and quintessential professionals. They made sure my needs in an automobile were addressed and they cared about me as a person (as I did about them). You don't just buy a car here, you become part of a family. I would never buy a MB product anywhere else. More
