You know how dealers have always got a bad rap for customer care. Well.. I have to say I was totally blown away today.. purchased a used car a week ago and had an issue yesterday. Brought to dealer and was told my extended warranty refused to cover repair. But.... Just got a call from the dealer. They felt bad that the warranty company failed to take care of it and decided to repair the car. I am so not used to being treated so well. They even allowed us to take the loaner car home for the night. And it is 1 1/2 hrs from dealer. Just want to sincerely thank everyone at MB of Midlothian for breaking the mold and truly providing awesome care. More
