Expedited required service to allow drive home for Christmas The "check engine light" on our E350 came on. We learned there was a recall to fix this. We called and asked if we could bring the car in that day ( The "check engine light" on our E350 came on. We learned there was a recall to fix this. Travis Melton told us to bring the car in and they would take care of us. When we arrived, Brian Parker met us, wrote up the service order, and sent the car into the shop. Within an hour the problem had been diagnosed, software updated, and the car returned to us. Amazing - we could not have hoped for a better response to our problem than the Christmas present we received from Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian. Many thanks; strongly recommend. More
