Ok service, horrible prices. My service tech was great, but my car is still making a terrible noise after I was told the alternator "sounded funny but nothing seemed wrong with it My service tech was great, but my car is still making a terrible noise after I was told the alternator "sounded funny but nothing seemed wrong with it." I really appreciated that I wasn't pushed into buying a new one. My bill stated that I was quoted for a new alternator, but that was not the case. I feel that $550 for basically an oil change is pretty ridiculous, though. I had been planning on trading it in for a new model (this is my 3rd Mercedes) but now I'm going to look at Lexus instead. The quality of Mercedes just doesn't seem worth the price anymore. More
