Everything was taken care of and my vehicle was clean and ready. The service rep was very courteous and made it very comfortable for me by offering coffee and other refreshments. Perma Plate charge should be optional for customer. Price gouging on something that is non negotiable because it is already complete. Every customer should have the choice. Ron was nice to work with and I appreciated the drop off of the car. Was a long day for him. What was disappointing was the plated protection which was automatically added as non optional. I believe this is deceiving to the customer and a gouging technique. This should be optional only. This was an added $1300 which is listed into the value of the car. This increased the taxes on the vehicle as well as the person property tax of Virginia. Not a nice way to handle customers. More
