So very disappointed in the service work. They charged $275 to diagnose issue. We had supplied information that the roof hydraulic was good. They then said it would be an extra cost to fix and remove head liner. We have seen it done prior and takes only 15 minutes. No parts were needed only adjust ment to cables and latch. Cost $825 out the door! They washed my car and tore off the front license plate and two Mercedes emblems on the wheels. I discovered this after leaving dealership and had to return for the fix and get my plate back. All looked good but when I got home noticed that the panels in the trunk had not been put back on after checking the hydraulic fluid for the roof issue. Such sloppy work! I will not be returning to the location for service again. More

On Multiple occasion’s I have taken my vehicle here for service and brought my vehicle home with a problem that was not there before I took it in. Unfortunately, I took my truck to have a recall completed service and brought my vehicle home with a problem that was not there before I took it in. Unfortunately, I took my truck to have a recall completed last week. After picking up my truck and getting home I noticed my fan was running Which it had never done before in the couple of years I’ve had the truck. I took the truck back on yesterday, August 25 for them to assess the situation with the fan and was constantly told that whatever they did with the recall did not cause my fan to come on and there’s nothing wrong with my truck However, every time I turn my truck off, my fan is running loud as if my car is still running and I feel like there is an issue and they just don’t want to take accountability for either the recall, causing this issue with the fan or when performing the recall Breaking something . This has been the trend with this dealership. I had the same issue with the previous vehicle that I ended up selling because I continuously had a burning smell coming from under my hood after taking it for a service at this dealership. More
