All staff members and associates were extremely polite and helpful. This started with the receptionist at the door to my sales advisor (Wayne) and the financial advisor (Jenna). I also purchased rubber protective mats for my new GLE 350, and the woman in the parts department was extremely efficient, along with the young man who installed the protective mats for me. Scott was my service manager and he was wonderful to work with. My car needed a lengthy service and it took weeks to complete but he made sure I had a car to drive during that time and my car was delivered with.
