Ragina and Preston from parts were both very good and I was pleasantly surprised not to run in to some sort of customer service aggravations as a result of the ownership change. However, in the course of our service we had to replace two tires and wound up waiting 3 days to get them delivered. If the dealership is going to take on tire sales as a revenue stream I would suggest you get your supply chain and support up to speed. I had never had this issue with previous tire buys prior to the change of ownership. More

Examples - $600 to replace a battery, constant barrage of marketing material, and credit card service charges ( which by the way the dealership is also making additional profit.) How many customers carry $600.00, $1,000.00, or $2,500.00 or more with them? Probably none, so the customer is forced to pay the credit card fee. A poor way to achieve customer retention. As much as I love my two Mercedes, when replacement time comes I will now be looking at other options. More

Scheduling the appointment, my service advisor Matt and the service to the vehicle was excellent. This having to pay 3% when using a credit card is ridiculous especially to someone who has been a loyal the service to the vehicle was excellent. Also, given the fact that everyone uses a card to pay for things these days makes the 3% charge more insulting. At least you could just build in the 3% on the backside so you appear more customer friendly versus the little signs posted everywhere about the 3%. More
