Called and to make an appointment with me staying at the dealership. My appointment was set for 850 on this past Tuesday. I arrived at 850. The service tech was busy so I went to the waiting area. Abou dealership. My appointment was set for 850 on this past Tuesday. I arrived at 850. The service tech was busy so I went to the waiting area. About 30 minutes later the service tech checked in with me to make sure he had the correct information. He left and it is now about 915. After not hearing from him at 1030 I went to his office and he told me they were backed up and my van was still outside. I returned to the waiting area. At 1100 I went back to his office and yes the tech stated that the brakes were good so it was now headed to the wash station. After another 30 minutes I checked in with the service guy and he then went to the wash station to see what the hold up was. He returned and stated that my van was next in line to be washed. At about 1145 I was given the keys to the van and I left. So my question is why were they backed up knowing that customers had appointments and should have allowed time for all with appointments More
